As this is a Print-on-demand site, please note that refunds are only possible if
- the item is damaged or defective
- the item received is not what was ordered 
- the item does not arrive 

Please ensure, when ordering, that the correct size is ordered. Once you place the order, only then is the item printed. This saves on unnecessary waste, and is consequently more environmentally friendly.
