This volume of 160 accompaniments by Paul Walton are intended to be played FOR THE LAST VERSE of any hymn.
The accompaniments are suitable for significant celebrations throughout the Church's year, such as Advent, Easter, Ascension, Trinity, and yes Christmas, as well as popular hymns for weddings and civic occasions.
This book serves well as a companion volume to DESCANTS ARE FOR LIFE. There is no duplication of contents: around 50 tunes appear in both books but are entirely different treatments.
